Soyaki Turkey Bowls with Pork Gyoza

Super easy, tasty dinner for weeknights! Not spicy - but you can add yours as needed:
Soyaki Turkey Bowls

Shopping list
- 1-2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 package shelled edamame
- peanuts
- sliced carrots & cucumbers
- fresh herbs (cilantro, chives)
- chopped sugar snap peas
- ginger paste
- soyaki sauce
- garlic, salt, onion powder, sesame seeds
- Udon noodles/ramen (we used trade joes squiggly knife cut noodles with the included sauce)
- pork, veggie, or chicken gyoza
- +/- peanuts depending on allergies

How to Make
- Brown your turkey meat with 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tsp onion powder, 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste. add your soyaki sauce once browned and simmer to heat. I used 1/3-1/2 bottle with 2lbs of turkey.
- steam your broccoli and chop your veggies (keep most raw!)
- Cook noodles according to package and add included sauce
- brown your gyoza with oil or butter
- Build your bowl:
- layer on noodles, browned meat, steamed broccoli, veggies, herbs, and peanuts. Top with gyoza & sesame seeds!
